I hope you are doing well. I am a mostly stay-at-home mom but am a photographer, too. Just kids, babies and their families. I love my jobs so much! I read the chat on Pictage last night--you have such a sweet way about you that I appreciate so much. Anyway... I wanted to tell you I saw on your list Grace Ministries and have to tell you going through the program there was life-changing! (I am here in Marietta, GA.) I wondered how involved you were with it. I also wondered what church you go to? We go to Buckhead Church and love it.

I am a Pictage member but haven't made it to a PUG just yet. Maybe we can meet up some day. My background with photographers started in Birmingham and I have little ATL photog connections... I'd love some, though! I know it would be helpful.

Wow.. I have been looking for something like this for awhile. I used to have a friend who said to me one time that the difference between a rut and a grave is 6 feet. Your post brought that statement back to me. I am gonna follow the rest of your post and read the links and see if I can get that old fire in my belly stirred up again. Thanks.

RE: 17. I’ve done the same, starting in January. I flew down to AZ to ‘consult’ a college friend who had no idea how much debt she was in. So we did the numbers, she cried the tears, but we got some sort of budget going. Now in May she’s getting that itch to really go for it (be debt-free). It’s hard! I’ve gotten many friends to at least read the book, and another college friend just caught up with me last week after many years and he is now my newest ‘victim’. Ha. Financial literacy is surprisingly low among our generation. If I didn’t love photography so much, I’d actually go back to school and look at becoming a CPA or something. Go for it!

Hey Liana, I’m out blog stalking and thought I’d see what you were up to. I’ve seen this 101 in 1001 thing floating around and have been avoiding reading it cause I keep thinking it’s another thing to do LOL! My business is finally taking off thanks to many of your suggestions in the past. So I’m like, do I do this cause your list is pretty cool. If that were my list I could cross off several but others get me thinking. Hmm, we’ll see my friend. I’ll have to pray about that one. BTW, that picture you shot with me at PartnerCon last year got erased by some goober who was playing with my camera. I still don’t have a picture with you Maybe that will be on my list…..
