Night owl - did my best work after 10pm. It's when the creative bug would bite. I'd work until 2am, then get up at 6:30 to go to the day job. Then all of a sudden, crash. 8-9pm every night. And things like Raspberry Sorbet became my favorite out of the blue. My daughter is almost 16 months old now. Just saying. ;) Two years ago, I was the exact same way.
