This weekend I had the opportunity to document Karen and Dan’s intimate wedding at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia. Karen is a corporate event planner so I knew her wedding would be well-organized and classy!
I love it when clients to as many of the formal family pics before the wedding as possible! It’s also a fun time to catch some candids of the family waiting in anticipation before the ceremony.
The ceremony was out on the Matisse Lawn overlooking the golf course. It turned out to be a beautiful, HOT, sunny day!
We were grateful for the golf-cart escort around the property during the cocktail hour to take some additional portraits of the newlyweds!
Dinner time!
They had a four course seated dinner – the first course caught my attention and I overhead someone saying it tasted a bit like strawberry milkshake! Yum!
The kids showed off their DJ skills with the iPod and towards the end of the evening everyone joined in on the dance floor.
